I blame her father's genetics

This morning I was cleaning the kitchen. For those of you who know me, that's pretty profound! Little girl was on the floor, playing with the magnets on the refrigerator and pushing around the high chair. Just the usual morning routine. For some odd reason, I decided the dog's bowls needed cleaning. I cleaned the water bowl first, after a good scrub, I just filled it about a third of the way full. Then I started on the food dishes. I was reaching for the paper towels to dry the food bowls when I saw this out of the corner of my eye...

Being the ultra-concerned mother that I am, I went as fast as I could to get the camera.
Three seconds later, I caught this,
Note the smooshed dog food on the bottom of the bucket, must have missed that part. I figured after all that, there couldn't be that much left in the bucket, so I wasn't overly concerned when she decided to try this smooth move...
Looking at the water running down her chin, I guess I may have been wrong. I guess a third of a gallon of water will go further then I thought!
