vertically or mentally?

I am completely exhausted. My mother doesn't even have a voice. But, we have had so much fun the past three weekends. We have spent them with family, which means I have a gazillion pictures. Some really meaningful ones like these:

And some goofy ones like these:

Our family writes our names on our cups at events, because we are goobers and can't keep track of our glasses. So, I got the pen and wrote, "rock chalk" on one side of my sister's and "Rhys' big sister" on the other side. It was all down hill from there. I got to "vertically challenged" with some serious help. My sister was sitting at one end of the table, someone distracted her, three unnamed family members passed her cup to me at the other end of the table, then two more passed it back. Her husband was laughing because he thought it said mentally challenged...and it was taking her forever to notice, thus proving how right I was...unfortunately it said vertically...she went to go fill up her glass and my niece was worried that she would notice while she was filling it and would accidentally throw it on the person behind her...she didn't, but I still don't know how it wasn't thrown at me.
