14? Fourteen? FOURteen? fourTEEN?

My youngest nephew is 14 today. Seriously, fourteen. It seems like just yesterday I was in high-school and mom was coming through the gym to tell me that Kasey Lane was finally here!

He's the one on the right in this picture...just in case you were wondering. Besides being adorable, he's fun to talk to...because he doesn't hold back, he just says what he thinks...which has led to some pretty funny moments over the past 14 years. PLUS I can talk him into trying just about anything...and it's not easy, cause just like his aunt, the kid can talk.
At the same time, he's too polite to tell his aunt no when she wants him to climb a tree...

or pretend that he's being hit by a bus...I'll only tell one funny Kasey story...I promise! At his Kindergarten graduation, he had to spell his name in front of everyone, while also doing it in sign-language. It was super cute. When it was his turn he spelled out in the longest southern drawl I have ever heard....kaaaaaaaay, aaaaaaaaaa, aassss, eeeeeeey, whyyyyy. My mom looks over at me and says, "We've got to get that kid out of Oklahoma!"
