and I always thought hell would at least be sunny

You may or may not know of my love for wallpaper. Considering I would paint every room from here to eternity TWICE before I would wallpaper, I would guess you don't know about my love for it, BECAUSE IT'S NON-EXISTENT!

When I was 11 or 12 or maybe 14, my mother decided to wallpaper the hallway leading up the steepest carpeted stairs ever. I really don't remember how long it was before we talked to each other again, but I remember it being a while...I also remember a crooked wooden ladder and the stairs were made into scaffolding. It's a wonder we both didn't walk the plank and both have broken arms.

I guess balancing acts run in the family, cause today my dad decided to prime their bathroom walls for wallpaper...while balancing. Please note that he at least realized he couldn't balance the primer can while balancing himself and the paintbrush.

Later today do I have plans? You guessed it, we are wallpapering. In a bathroom. Using small green vertical stripes. Including right here above the shower and that little wall between the towel cupboard and the bathtub. I never knew the gates of hell would feel so much like home.
